fixing door and window fixture elements on PVC profiles.
NEROPLUS®
Black coating, sealed with scratchproof, aesthetic treatment. Salt spray corrosion resistance: > 1.000 h (appearance of red rust) conforming to grade 5 of EN 1670. RoHS compatible.

Reduced head (Ø 7 mm) for fixing hardware and hinges.
Very deep cross recess PH2 for optimal coupling with the screwing bit to noticeably reduce consumption.
Thread with special profile for PVC to guarantee high pull-out and stripping strength.
All-threaded to under the head for better gripping on the outer wall of the profile.
All-threaded tip for rapidly self-threading the material and cutting fibres without requiring high pressure.
CASE HARDENING TREATMENT
This confers two properties to the screw:
- very hard surface for biting into the fibres of material;
- tough, elastic core for prevent breakage of the screws and guarantee resistance to stress applied by automatic screwing machines.
CHROMITING® PROTECTIVE TREATMENT
This iridescent white treatment guarantees a much better rust protection than normal galvanisation treatments.
AUTOMATIC SCREWING OPERATIONS
Framex® PVC screws are made respecting tolerances which are stricter than those of standard fasteners. They can be defined “calibrated”, i.e. suitable for automatic screwing systems.
