Where should the condominium mailboxes be placed?
The law is clear: the boxes must be positioned at the border of the property, along the road or in any case in a freely accessible place.
The condominium mailboxes inserted in the hallways (defended against adverse weather and vandalism) are not positioned in an easily accessible place. So, unless agreed with the post office, this is not the right place to put the condominium records.
If you live in an apartment building, you will already know that the place freely accessible from the street is obviously the common area.
It is the responsibility of the condominium administrator to coordinate the assembly in order to define together the right space where to insert the condominium mailboxes. The place must be accessible in a simple way and should respect the architectural decor of the structure.

Mi sono trovata molto bene. Il servizio clienti è stato disponibile e, quando li ho contattati telefonicamente, ho sempre ricevuto risposte gentili e chiare. Anche se la spedizione ha richiesto un po' di tempo sono stata costantemente aggiornata e alla fine ho ricevuto l'alimentatore ordinato senza problemi. Esperienza positiva, acquisterei di nuovo.
