How to replace the net of a mosquito net with Alvaro Net?

• Disassemble the roll-up insect screen with the net you want to replace. First the side guides and then the box;
• Remove the fixing screws, holding the head firmly, completely unload the spring;
• Remove the spring unit incorporated in the head;
• Remove a terminal from the handle bar, remove the tube and the net;
• Pay attention to the unrolling direction that you will have to maintain even with the new net!

• Take the new Alvaro Net and unroll a part of it;
• Use the tube as a measure and mark the cutting point: the net must be cut 2mm less than the tube;
• Cut the net with a pair of scissors following the weave of the net itself;
• Insert the gasket in the same position and with the same rolling direction as the old net just removed;
• Insert the net tube inside the box;
• Insert the gasket in its seat on the handle bar;
• Secure everything with the handle bar terminal;
• Insert the head-spring unit inside the winder tube;
• Rotate anticlockwise until the bar returns to the edge of the box;
• Stop the head in line with the box and fix it with the appropriate screws;
• Stop the left head making sure to position it in the appropriate seat of the tube;
• Verify correct operation;
• Now you can reassemble the mosquito net: great job!
