The SHADOW Pasini aluminum sunscreen is a chain aluminum sunscreen, built with high quality materials and suitable for new constructions / renovations; commercial, residential, hospital buildings.
The SHADOW aluminum solar shading models have pre-painted profiled aluminum slats and are equipped with an anti-lifting system and automatic release of the slats in the event of obstacles.
SHADOW is an aluminum sunshade with resistant slats equipped with anti-noise gaskets and safety clips in stainless steel that guarantee high resistance of the slats to the wind.
Available with terminal in extruded aluminum painted Ral or clips in the same color, on request.
It has a special carbon alloy chain with articulated elements for up and down movement and self-supporting guides in 80 × 45 mm extruded aluminum painted in the same color.

* The sunscreen with a finite measure of width greater than 2800 mm, could oscillate and cause the slats to vibrate during handling, even beyond the transient of the initial orientation. In the event of strong wind pressure, noise may occur.

- Pre-painted profiled slats, equipped with anti-noise gasket on the outer edge.
- Movement of the slats anchored in the side guides with sturdy metal slat supports in die-cast aluminum with natural finish, which allow to absorb thermal excursions or movements of the structure.
- Safety clips in stainless steel to guarantee high resistance of the slats to the wind.
- Metal movement and orientation mechanisms contained in the self-supporting lateral guides, section mm. 80x45 (+ 3 mm connection), with soundproofing polyethylene gaskets
- Terminal in extruded aluminum painted Ral (on request).
- Slat lifting and lowering by roller chain, automatic closing system in lowered position. Equipped with a safety system against accidental overloads when lowering the slats. Automatic lowering of the slats into working position from 0 ° to 90 °, stop and orientation at any height. Descent and ascent at a steady pace.
- U-shaped upper box in hot-dip galvanized steel 79x68 mm for housing the gearmotor and mechanisms. Rotation shaft in extruded aluminum alloy 6060 T5 of great thickness with anti-torsion rib. Head made of cast aluminum that ensures great sturdiness, reliability, durability and silent operation.
- Drive with single-phase asynchronous motor operating at 230V-50Hz, IP44 protection degree complete with thermal protection against overload, brake and adjustable limit switches inside the motor.
- Motor equipped with 0.5 meter long electric power cable with molten watertight connector on the free end.
- All the components of the sunshade are fixed to the side guides making the system self-supporting and without the need for inspection from the front inside the box.
